My name is Krista Larrow, and I possess an intimate understanding of resilience and reinvention. I have lived through the harrowing experience of losing everything, only to rise from the ashes, time and time again.
The challenges I have faced have been my greatest teachers, compelling me to transform my pain into power. These obstacles didn’t merely present themselves; they chose me. I have survived the gaslighting and abuse of relationships with narcissists, endured the loss of my health and home due to toxic mold exposure, and now navigate the daily complexities of living with hypermobility, MCAS, and dysautonomia. My recovery journey has not solely been about healing my body; it is about reshaping my mindset regarding worthiness and self-acceptance.
I have invested thousands of hours into researching health, wellness, and self-improvement. This relentless pursuit of wellness stemmed from a personal imperative: I realized that I alone was capable of slaying my dragons. In my darkest moments, I longed for a wise guide to illuminate my path. Now, I am honored to be that guide for others, helping them navigate their journey toward healing and empowerment.
